Kids in the Woods

6:30 – 7:30 pm, Monday, June 2nd, 2008 ~ Michigan Tech Nature Trails

 

6:30 pm       Kids in the Woods

Spend an evening exploring the woods!  Five presenters will take groups for a nature hike focused on the Michigan Forests presentation theme ~20 hikers per presenter.  The themes include wildlife tracking, a bug’s life in Michigan’s Forests, frogs, and predator/prey relationships.  Following the hike, there will be time for questions, or participants can continue to explore on their own!  
  

  Nature Hikes

 
        (1)  Wildlife Tracking: who goes there?

        (2)  Bugs, Bugs, Bugs!

        (3)  Frog-tastic!

        (4)  What’s For Dinner?
     


7:30 pm       Hike for home or explore on your own!  
                      (please complete an evaluation form before you leave!)

Everyone is invited to attend library events free of charge!
